Simple Vegan Brownies
These simple vegan brownies are so easy to make, yet so yummy and decadent! Just a few basic ingredients that you probably have in your pantry, plus one bowl and one baking ban, and your chocolate cravings will be satisfied!

- 2 flax eggs 2 tbsp ground flax seeds and 4 tbsp water
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Make the flax eggs by combining 2 tbsp of ground flax and 4 tbsp of water. Mix and set aside.
Add the dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Fold in the wet ingredients, including the flax eggs. Stir to combine.
Add in the chocolate chips and mix.
Add the mixture to a baking pan lined with parchment paper, or lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
